This review is for the Loop Resistance Bands by Live Infinitely Large 14″ x 3″ Design Set of 5 (3-35 LBS) Perfect for Yoga, CrossFit and Full Body Workouts- Include Detailed Digital Workout Guide Access by Live Infinitely. This is a well-constructed and complete set of resistance bands. I have used other resistance bands in the past and none were as thick or as heavy-duty as these.

There are five bands and a storage/travel case included with every purchase. The set includes five 14″ x 3″ loop bands ranging from Light (3-7lbs), Medium (5-9lbs), Heavy (9-15lbs), X Heavy (15-22lbs) & XX Heavy (22-35lbs). Adding the resistance bands to my workout routine enables me to do fewer reps while working each muscle group into exhaustion at a quicker pace. So, I am essentially working out harder while completing my sessions much quicker.

I am quite pleased with this addition to my workout routine. This set is very high quality and is better than anything I have used while in physical therapy or at the gym.
