This review is for the Beautonics Advanced Hair Straightener Brush ★ NEW #1 2016 ★ Safest Anti-Scald, Anti-Static Protection ★ Instant Magic Silky Straight Styling ★ Massage Straightening Irons, Detangling Hair Brush ★ Gold from Beautonics. I have used several different hair straightening brushes in the past six months. I have received mixed results; some are good or great while others are average; at best.
My hair is natural, meaning it is not chemically straightened. My hair is also color-treated, super thick, dry and frizzy. I do not straighten my hair often, because I want to protect my hair from heat damage and breakage. But, it is nice to sport a straightened look from time to time.
The brush is designed like most others I have tried; the temperature gage is LCD and displays the temp in Celsius (unless you elect to change it). The power button and temperature gages are on the side of the Hair Straightener Brush. I have inadvertently hit the temp gage while using the brush; so that is something to be cognizant of.
This is one of the better brushes I have used. My hair was transformed from bushy/wild/frizzy to sleek and straightened in 15-20 minutes; which is miraculous for me! I apply an anti-frizz serum to my hair along with a heat protectant before using the Hair Straightener Brush. You should also note that you won’t get much of a curl from the brush; but you can get a slight bend, or ‘bump’ in your hair. If you need more than that, you’ll need curlers or rollers. I wish this was available decades ago; I have damaged my hair a lot when using flat-irons, but that is not an issue with this Hair Straightener Brush.
